San Bernardino - COMPLIANCE ANALYST. Experience: Formal certification from a recognized compliance related organization preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a managed care environment. Emphasis on the application of technology, Medicare compliance and project management preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Analytical skills with emphasis on data reporting and analysis. Accuracy in work product, time management, regulatory interpretation, and problem solving skills. Microcomputer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access required) for use in all aspects of an office environment. Thorough knowledge of DMHC, DHCS, MRMIB, CMS, and related regulations preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
