JOB OVERVIEW:

Our client, located in North York, Ontario is a major organization who has a three month contract available for a Project Manager. The successful candidate is to implement a number of changes to the CIS (SAP) solution for Call Center and Billing Services, related to delivery of services to Mass Market and Low Income Customers. The initiative will complete the detailed analysis & design, development and implementation of the modifications required to fulfill the stated requirements, working with various groups 

Responsibilities:

-Overall management of project initiative, including interaction with various stakeholder parties.

-Overall responsibility for completion of project deliverables, and coordination/management of multiple resources to complete work required on-time and on-schedule

-Primary responsibility for Statement of Work, Resource, Risk and Project Plans, and Cost Schedule following processes

Required Qualifications:

Mandatory:

-PMP

-Experienced Project Manager, with a minimum of 5+ years of PM experience (pref) in the SAP space.

-Experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Project

Nice to have:

-SAP technical experience with ECC 6.0 & CRM 7.0, using IS-U, FI-CA, DM

-Experience using MS Project Server

-Experience using Quality Center, WorkSoft
