We are seeking an Enterprise Systems Manager for a permanent position in Irving, TX.
Job Purpose Statement:
- The Enterprise Systems Operations Manager will have oversight of the team who is responsible for internal client satisfaction and day-to-day operational performance for all technology vendors.
- This position will provide the management, leadership and "coaching" to the Enterprise Support Specialists and will ensure system utilization in alignment with company objectives.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University;minimum five years related experience and previous staff management skills
Work Experience:
- Knowledge of appropriate business functions and basic data processing concepts.
- Strong background in servicing operations.
- Working knowledge of product development life cycle.
Computer Software Skills:
- MSP/Fidelity - MUST HAVE
Other Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Great people management skills
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and general public.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Skills:
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
